Patent Landscape Intelligence
DCFN - Patents runs graph-native cognitive traversal across your portfolio and the live US patent corpus. It classifies every proposed filing as novel, prior-art-adjacent, or prior-art-convergent; surfaces silent-region risks no single-patent search would catch; and, where it finds an open gap, drafts a §112-compliant provisional to fill it, reasoning the claims and specification from the surrounding art rather than templating them. Detection and corrective artifact in one pipeline.

US Patent Corpus
Full-claim text and metadata across the US patent corpus via Google BigQuery's public dataset, sourced from USPTO public data.
Your Cluster
Up to 10 US patent numbers per scan, encoded as the anchor. Your own portfolio, a competitor's filings, an adjacent research cluster, or a vertical you're considering entering — the engine maps structural gaps across whatever cluster you submit. The input doesn't have to be your own work.
International Corpus
Want DCFN to ingest an international corpus (EPO, CNIPA, KIPO) or a domain-specific dataset your organization already licenses? The engine traverses whatever graph the partner enclave exposes — available via the Enclave Deployment. When resources allow we plan to open this directly to Tier 1 users.
Non-Patent Literature (NPL)
Academic papers, conference proceedings, preprints, technical standards, dissertations — examiners cite NPL as prior art, particularly in fast-moving domains where novelty often lives in papers rather than patents. NPL access opens through the upcoming DCFN-Bridge cross-engine reasoning build or through the Enclave Deployment. When resources allow we plan to open this directly to Tier 1 users.
